Customer Service Job Responsibilities

Customer service – via phone, in person, email and text. You will learn key product knowledge to help customers make the best decisions on what products and services will help them. You will show up with positive energy and ready to contribute to the team. You will help maintain an inviting business atmosphere with fresh product, beautiful displays and efficient and accurate processes that support an environment of excellence as well as basic cleaning and store upkeep,
