Founder's Story

Healer. Teacher. Innovator. Advocate.

meet the passionate force behind Salvation Wellness

Ceallaigh is a licensed massage therapist, clinical lymphatic drainage specialist, trauma-informed yoga teacher, pain reprocessing clinical researcher, and herbal formulator, Cea has spent over two decades helping people feel better in their bodies through hands-on care, education, and science-backed innovation.

Ceallaigh’s approach to wellness blends the intuitive with the evidence-based. She has trained in over 25 therapeutic modalities, worked with Olympians, professional athletes, and touring musicians, and built a thriving practice in Jersey City that now serves as a flagship for innovation and education in the wellness field.

She created her proprietary massage protocols to solve a problem too many people experience: feeling unseen or unheard in a wellness setting. That’s why every practitioner on her team is trained to think deductively, listen deeply, and deliver care that is specific, skilled, and transformative.

EXPANDING KNOWLEDGE AND CLINICAL IMPACT

Education. Research. Real-world application.

Today, Ceallaigh’s work is expanding across clinical, educational, and civic platforms. She is currently developing a new massage therapy program at Hudson County Community College, slated to launch in Fall 2026, and is actively engaged in clinical research with Jersey City Medical Center, studying how integrative wellness therapies impact quality-of-life outcomes for post-surgical breast cancer patients.

Beyond the treatment room, Ceallaigh is a powerful advocate for community-centered wellness. She serves as a Trustee of Hudson County Community College, sits on the Advisory Council for Jersey City Medical Center, and contributes to the Planning Committee for the Newark Museum’s 150th Gala. She is also a board member of the Forest Hill Community Association, staying grounded in hyperlocal civic service.

LEADING WITH purpose and heart

Previously, she served as Strategic Planning Chair on the Executive Board of the Alliance for Massage Therapy Education (term-limited), and currently holds the role of State Chair for Community Service with the American Massage Therapy Association.

As an educator, Ceallaigh has taught massage and movement science at Cortiva Institute, Essex County College, and Eastern International College, and is a nationally board-certified continuing education provider with the NCBTMB.

Whether she’s formulating herbal salves in her kitchen, designing curriculum, or training her staff to think critically and care deeply, Ceallaigh brings the same mission to every endeavor: to help people through accessible, personalized wellness that works.

That’s why she built Salvation Wellness to be more than a massage studio—it’s a space for heart-led healing, science-based innovation, and real community impact.
