Group Classes

Move, breathe, and heal together

Group classes with Salvation Wellness are crafted to help you slow down. If you’re recovering from stress, looking to deepen your body awareness, or simply seeking space to breathe, these classes are for you. We offer a range of nervous-system-supportive practices from trauma-informed yoga and self-massage to sound bath meditation and slow flow movement.

Each class is guided by a skilled practitioner and designed to regulate your system, ease chronic tension, improve sleep, and help you process the day more fully. And because wellness thrives in community, we offer these experiences in small group settings where connection and comfort come first.

THE SALVATION WELLNESS DIFFERENCE

Group Classes at Salvation Wellness aren’t about keeping up, they’re about tuning in. Each class is designed to restore rather than deplete, using science-backed somatic practices that help regulate your nervous system and reconnect to your body’s innate wisdom. These offerings are perfect for anyone seeking recovery, stress relief, better sleep, or deeper body awareness and they’re a beautiful way to connect with others on a similar path.

Expect to arrive in a calm, welcoming space designed for nervous system restoration. Classes are small and intentionally paced, with options to use props, modify postures, or rest whenever needed. Our instructors are trained in trauma-informed care and slow movement principles, making sure you feel safe, seen, and supported from start to finish.
